The parent company and flagship brand. Biyaq Oilfield Services is a wholly Omani-owned company with established relationships across the Omani energy sector. Operating from a 15,000 m² chemical blending plant, Biyaq supplies oilfield chemicals, conducts well services operations, and coordinates the group's commercial and technical activities.
Black Gold Integrated Solution LLC
Founded in 2010 and 100% Omani-owned, Black Gold operates the largest Liquid Mud Plant in the GCC at Nimr, South Oman. With 85% Omanization and a monthly processing capacity exceeding 8,000 m³, Black Gold delivers cost-effective, sustainable drilling fluid management services to major operators, including PDO.
Wahiba Energy LLC
Wahiba Energy is Biyaq's technology arm for downhole well intervention. Positioned as 'your technology provider', Wahiba Energy supplies a comprehensive range of wireline and slickline intervention tools — from bridge plugs and setting tools to cameras, junk catchers, and electromechanical setting systems — supporting safe and efficient well operations across Oman.
ALS Arabia Biyaq LLC
A joint venture established in 2017 between ALS Arabia Company Ltd. and Biyaq Laboratories (Oman). ALS Arabia Biyaq brings the global reach and technical standards of the ALS Group — 70+ countries, 420+ laboratories, 20,000+ staff — to Oman. Certified to ISO/IEC 17025, the company provides environmental, microbiological, oil and gas, minerals (geochemistry), air and noise monitoring, and manpower supply services.
